Our Secondary 2 students participated in the Zhuhai Aviation Technology Study Tour organized by the Education Bureau on 29th November. Students departed from Hong Kong and traveled via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge to the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) in Zhuhai. Through visits to the Aviation Culture Exhibition Hall, students gained deep insights into Mr. Feng Ru's, the "Father of Chinese Aviation, contributions to the nation's aviation development and his patriotic spirit. They also learned about different types of aircraft, their structures, and production processes. In addition, students participated in flight simulator training, allowing them to experience the practical applications of technology, which further enhanced their interest and understanding of aviation technology and STEAM education. It also helped them recognize the importance of maintaining technological security.
